SYDNEY

In 2007/08 I spent 9 months working in Sydney. During this time I spent almost every spare minute I had photographing this amazing city. From the famous harbour to the stunning northern beaches, Sydney really is a photographers paradise.

Most people from Melbourne will tell you Sydney is the pits, and vice versa. The two cities are certainly very different, and while I prefer living in Melbourne, I can see why people love Sydney. It is a beautiful city. There aren't many more spectacular sights in Australia than watching the harbour glowing at dusk.

This collection is somewhat of a mish mash. At the time I was still very much finding my feet with photography (and still am now). As the weeks and months rolled by I would change my style, from black and white street photography, to landscapes, to portraits. It was here that I discovered my passion for the natural environment and landscape photography and have not looked back since.
